Last week, we had the pleasure of welcoming a new member to our TextMinded team: Kajsa Nilsson.
What did you work with previously, and how can you use your experience at TextMinded®?
I’m actually a translator, but have in recent years also worked as a project manager at a small translation agency. In addition to my strong interest in languages, I bring my experience with managing both large and small projects to and from many different languages for clients from a wide range of sectors. I also constantly focus on developing myself professionally and to always offer the client the best possible solution.
Why do you want to work in the language industry?
In addition to being a ‘language person’, I also appreciate the technical solutions that are available in today’s language industry. It’s an exciting development, and I look forward to working at a company that is at the very forefront of technological developments. I’ve always been interested in languages and wanted to work with languages in one way or another. In my role as project manager, I also look forward to both immersing myself in the details of a job and looking at the overall perspective. Communication is a key element in everything we do, and I’m happy to be able to contribute to creating added value for different clients.
What do you look forward to the most at TextMinded®?
I look forward to meeting my new colleagues and to get to know new clients. My first impression of the company is very good, and I really look forward to learning to use all the systems used by TextMinded.
We are happy to welcome Kajsa to the TextMinded team.
